Workers’ Compensation Defense
London Amburn's Workers' Compensation Group represents employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers in defending workers' compensation claims in East and Middle Tennessee. The group's attorneys assist clients with the variety of issues that arise during the claim process and represent them in court and administrative proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Division of the Tennessee Department of Labor.
The group works closely with clients to select appropriate physicians to place on their workers' compensation panels and to provide record reviews or second opinions as may be needed.
