Mr. Castleberry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1995 and a master's degree from Carson-Newman College in 1997. He obtained his degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2005 with a concentration in business transactions.
At the University of Tennessee, he was an Editor at Large and a founding member of the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. After serving a clerkship with the firm during law school, he joined the firm as an associate in 2005. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association and is a member of the American Inns of Court Hamilton Burnett Chapter. He currently serves as Chair of the Functions Committee of the Knoxville Bar Association. Mr. Castleberry serves on the Public Education committee of the Tennessee Bar Association and is a graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law class of 2012. He was also named as a Mid-South Rising Star in the 2012 edition of Super Lawyers.
Mr. Castleberry's practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. He co-chairs the firm's Health Care Board Investigations practice group.
