Ms. Pearson Taylor graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1997 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001. She is admitted to the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois Bars, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, Hamilton S. Burnett American Inns of Court, American Health Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, East Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women, and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Class of 2011.
As a member of the firm, her practice is focused on health law, with concentrations in healthcare employment and board investigation matters, along with the defense of long term care and medical malpractice claims. She Chairs the Employment Law practice group and Co-Chairs the Healthcare Board Investigations and Medical Staff Issues practice groups.
