Mr. Lambert was born in Kingsport, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in 1993 and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996 with a concentration in Business Transactions. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.
Mr. Lambert's practice focuses on health law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate matters. He chairs the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and co-chairs the Health Law and the Corporate and Business Law practice groups.
