Ms. Bond is one of the founding shareholders and an officer in the firm and has over 25 years experience in the practice of law. She received her B.S., M.S., and J.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee.
Following graduation from law school, Ms. Bond served as a law clerk for the Honorable John K. Byers, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Her practice is concentrated primarily in the following areas: medical malpractice, products liability, transportation, and workers' compensation. She co-chairs the Products Liability and Workers' Compensation Defense practice groups and chairs the firm's Transportation practice group.
She is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Hamilton S. Burnett American Inn of Court, and East Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women. She serves on the Trucking Law Committee of DRI and has been a speaker at an advanced workers' compensation seminar and a seminar for new attorneys beginning their practice.
