Ms. Williams graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. in Psychology in 2006. She received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009, graduating with honors. While in law school, Ms. Williams served as an editor for the Tennessee Law Review, in which her case note commentary was published
She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2009 and the Eastern District of Tennessee in 2010. Ms. Williams is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Knoxville Barristers Membership Committee.
Ms. Williams focuses her practice on medical malpractice and long term care defense, mergers and acquisitions, and other healthcare law matters.
